The state chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, has launched the Grama Sachivalayam Village/Ward/Secretariat System (GSWS). The main goal of this system is to offer an effective means of communication along with engagement among the state’s government and it’s citizens, free of discrimination and corruption. This system provides 500 services to more than 35 government agencies.

The government of Andhra Pradesh is offering positive change to the village and rural residents via the Grama Ward Sachivalayam System.

The government also launched the system on 26 January 2020, offering state residents more than 500 non–government and government services.

This project is mainly handled by the government of Andhra Pradesh, comprising 35 government ministries and ensuring the benefits of the poor and local people at the village level.

GSWS login is in two distinguished ways, which are

1. Employee Login
2. Citizen Login

What is the GSWS employee login?

The secretariat/village/ward employees can easily log in to the system of GSWS in the below manner.

• First, visit the official website of GSWS, and a home page will open in front of you where you can find multiple options.
• On the top right corner, you can see the login option; click on it.
• Now you will be at the login page, and there will be two options for login.
• You must select the employee login option and enter the username and password in the asked fields.
• Now you must enter the code to validate details and press the login button.
• If the details entered by you are correct, you can successfully log in to the employee portal of GSWS.

What is GSWS citizen login?

People can easily log in to the citizen portal of GSWS with the help of the below steps.

• First, visit the official website of GSWS, and a home page will open in front of you where you can find multiple options.
• On the top right corner, you can see the login option; click on it.
• Now you will be at the login page, and there will be two options for login.
• You have to select the citizen login option.
• Now you need to enter the aadhar card number, complete the CAPTCHA code, and then hit send OTP option.
• On the new web page, you must enter the OTP and then hit the complete option. In this way, you can enjoy the citizen portal of GSWS.

GSWS dashboard

Andhra Pradesh citizens can check the dashboard of exceptional services in the online portal of GSWS. Just follow the below process for the same.

• First, visit the official website of GSWS.
• Now click on the learning corner from the multiple options available on the home page.
• Now you will get the drop-down option and select the citizen corner from this drop-down option.
• Now you can see multiple options and then click on citizen charter.
• After this, some PDFs will open in front of you where you can find the service time for multiple services offered by the GSWS.
